90 day bacteriological

Water Sampling (90 day bacteriological) is tested Jan-Dec. The first quarter is posted in April and so on July, Oct and Jan.

Nitrates & Nitrites

Nitrates are tested every year. Call to order in March, save a trip charge if drawn at the same time as the 90 day test is taken.

Nitrites are tested every three years, save an extra trip charge when drawn at the same time as the 90 day test. You have to order Nitrites, 90 day is automatic.

Last drawn in 2018, 2021, 2024… next draw is 2027

Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet

Company General Ledger 
A GL is the basis for a company's financial reporting, and is used to prepare financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
The GL uses the double-entry bookkeeping method, which means that each transaction has a debit and credit entry. Debits are recorded on the left side of the ledger, and credits on the right. 
A GL includes accounts for assets, liabilities, equity, expenses, and revenue. Each account summarizes a specific type of transaction
A trial balance confirms that the sum of all debit accounts equals the sum of all credit accounts.

Water System History
This log book will record all the MRI maintenance, repairs and improvements of the well, well system and pump house. 
The VP and his assistance meter the water usage on the first of every month. Then a GEF groundwater extraction fee is calculated and paid to the IWV GWA. This water usage chart is automatically calculated on an excel spread sheet, maintained by Jim Tooker. 

Instructions for the maintenance routine is a simple Jan-Dec quarterly, greasing bearing of the #ONE main pump EAST and West pump. If he manually makes number one new switch of doing.
